MindStudio

Overview

MindStudio is a no-code platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents, built by GoMeta, Inc. It gives teams and individual builders a visual IDE to assemble multi-step agents that reason, generate content, automate workflows, and call external tools, without writing a full application. The platform launched in 2023 under the YouAi brand and later rebranded to MindStudio.

What it does

Users build agents in a visual builder by chaining LLM calls, logic, custom JavaScript/Python, and tool use. The Architect feature reportedly lets you describe the agent in plain English and have the workflow scaffolded automatically, which you then edit. MindStudio is model-agnostic, routing each step across 200+ models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Amazon, plus image and video models) through its Service Router. Because agents are designed by a human and support approval checkpoints, we classify MindStudio as a supervised-agent builder rather than autonomous.

Integrations & setup

Agents connect to a reported 1,000+ apps and services and can read/write data via APIs and webhooks. A built agent can be deployed as a web app, a scheduled background agent, a browser extension, an email-triggered automation, a webhook or API endpoint, or an MCP server that other AI systems and LLM agents can call as a tool.

Pricing

MindStudio combines subscription and usage-based pricing. The Free plan is $0/month plus usage (one agent, 1,000 runs/month). The Individual plan is $20/month (or $16/month billed annually) plus usage, with unlimited agents and runs. The Business plan is custom-priced and adds team workspaces, SSO, audit logs, granular permissions, custom SLAs, and self-hosting. AI model usage is billed per token; the company states there is no MindStudio markup on provider token costs. Confirm current numbers on the pricing page.

Best for / not for

Best for non-developers, operators, and small teams who want to build and ship AI agents and automations quickly across many surfaces, and for builders who want model choice without committing to one provider. Less suited to teams that need a fully unattended, end-to-end autonomous system, or buyers who want a single predictable all-in price (usage is billed separately).
